Purpose of the Programme

The Safety, Health, and Environmental Management Training Course (SHEMTRAC) is designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to create and maintain safe, healthy, and sustainable work environments. This comprehensive program focuses on understanding workplace hazards, implementing safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health and environmental regulations, and promoting a culture of safety and well-being. Additionally, it provides specialized training on Safety Management Systems, enabling participants to develop, implement, and monitor effective systems that enhance organizational safety and operational.
